Celeste Arnold has been in the hairdressing industry for 25 years, working in many areas of the field including Celebrity Session Styling as well as running her own successful busy salon for over 10 years.

Since working away from the salon is often a necessity for many owners and managers, Celeste needed a system that could be accessed at all times, on every type of device available (such as PCs, Laptops, Tablets, iPads, iPhones and Windows Phones).

Vital information at the touch of a button is key to running a successful business. Therefore computers are clearly able to do so much for us as long as they are not too complicated to use.

Like many hairdressers and salon owners, however, Celeste did not have any computer or management training and so needed a simple yet fully comprehensive system.

The Celeste Arnold salon had already been using a well known computer-based salon management system for a number of years. Unfortunately it had a long and costly contract, an over-priced computer to purchase, and a worrying lack of support. After many unanswered requests for help they were only able to use the computer to book appointments (a very expensive appointment book!).

Therefore Celeste decided with her late father John Arnold to find a computer programmer to design their own system, as nothing on the market was available that met the requirements of her needs and the needs of the salon.
