With so many different salon management systems out there, why should you use Inspired Bookings? Our system has been designed from scratch by a small team in frequent close contact with the very people who are going to be using it - staff just like those in your own business.

The way you work...

Many of these staff members confess that they are not very computer-literate - in fact some of them were terrified at the prospect of using a computer to book their appointments and manage their clients. However, all of these people quickly learned that this system is built to work the way they work - right from the time a client calls for an appointment, through to them arriving, receiving their service, buying products, paying, and booking their next appointment.

After the initial Training Day, we receive very few support calls because the whole system has been created to be easy to use. In the same way that you provide your clients with an experience, our ethos is that you should enjoy working with this system, and not feel frustrated by it. To that end we have made many improvements to speed up access so that your customers are not waiting a long time for appointment days to load on screen. Everything works in the background to keep your data up-to-date and your clients happy!

Getting it right...

The system was developed because after trying to use other computer-based systems there was always something not quite right - whether it was the reporting, the support, or just the way the system stopped them doing what they needed to do. The Inspired Bookings system is fast, powerful and easy to use.

Low cost...

It is a low-cost solution because you don't need to buy or lease any expensive new equipment from us - simply use your own PC, Laptop, Mac or other device that can access the internet (with your own internet connection) and download the free browser called Firefox. Firefox is the best browser for the system, although it will still work with Internet Explorer 10, Safari and Chrome. There may be some features that do not work as expected in non-Firefox browsers, but as they are being constantly improved it is likely that they will soon work just as well as Firefox.

No commitment...

You are not tied in to a long-term contract like so many other systems. Just give us 30 days notice if you want to cancel. All your data will stay online so that if you change your mind in the future you will not need to re-enter all your information.
